=3DGramE>effettuato</span>
  ben 152 azioni d&#8217;attacco, che hanno rappresentato il 77,1% delle sue
  azioni complessive. Il dato che fa maggiormente riflettere, tuttavia, <sp=
an
  class=3DGramE>riguarda il fatto che</span> solo 5 azioni offensive su 33 =
sono
  andate a buon fine mentre le altre 28 sono state intercettate dagli avver=
sari.
  <br>
  Quello di <span class=3DSpellE>Bonner</span> &egrave; stato un caso limit=
e, ma
  dalla ricerca effettuata dai <span class=3DGramE>sopramenzionati</span>
  specialisti &egrave; emerso che la fase offensiva dei portieri &egrave; s=
tata
  in media del 64,3% rispetto all&#8217;intera attivit&agrave; svolta, e so=
lo
  il 30% delle loro azioni hanno avuto esito positivo. <br>
  I dati di allora non sono variati di molto, infatti, durante la gara,
  &egrave; stato stimato che un portiere <span class=3DGramE>effettua</span>
  circa il 60% delle azioni totali. <br>
  Da qui nasce l&#8217;importanza di dedicare una parte dell&#8217;allename=
nto
  alla fase offensiva. <br>

  e il polso per evitare che sfugga al controllo. <span class=3DGramE>Viene=

  portato avanti l&#8217;arto inferiore contrario al braccio usato per il l=

  nonch&eacute; perpendicolare al tronco l&#8217;altro braccio. <span

  Per allenare il portiere sulla fase offensiva si dedicher&agrave; ampio
  spazio all&#8217;<span class=3DSpellE>addestrativit&agrave;</span> nei gi=
orni
  pi&ugrave; lontani dalla gara, creando invece situazioni di gioco durante=
 gli
  ultimi allenamenti che precedono la partita al fine di preparare anche
  psicologicamente l&#8217;atleta. <br>
  <br>
  L&#8217;addestramento prevede alcuni esercizi: <br>
  <br>
  1. Esercizio: poste delle porticine di fronte al portiere ad ore 11 e 13 =
si
  chiede all&#8217;atleta di incassare il pallone in rete usando i diversi =
tipi
  di rilancio con le mani sopra descritti. <br>
  2. Esercizio: come sopra sostituendo alle porticine delle sagome. Il port=
iere
  cercher&agrave; di colpire tali figure.<br>
  3. Esercizio: delimitati degli spazi di forma quadrata con dei
  &#8220;cinesini&#8221;, si chiede al portiere di lanciare con le mani ovv=
ero
  calciare il pallone entro tali aree;<br>

  dall&#8217;allenatore e <span class=3DGramE>successivamente</span> rinvia=

  pallone all&#8217;interno dell&#8217;area delimitata dai
  &#8220;cinesini&#8221;. <br>
  <br>
  Negli ultimi esercizi descritti <span class=3DGramE>viene</span> associat=
a la
  fase difensiva a quella offensiva. <br>
  Nell&#8217;approssimarsi della gara gli esercizi sopra descritti <span
  class=3DGramE>verranno</span> modificati al fine di renderli pi&ugrave;
  aderenti alla situazione reale. <br>
  <br>
  6. Esercizio: con l&#8217;area <span class=3DGramE>affollata il</span> po=
rtiere
  dovr&agrave; uscire ed intercettare il cross dell&#8217;allenatore per poi
  rinviare e/o rilanciare il pallone ad un compagno in movimento.<br>
